4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in the following situations:

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at naq88, you can receive a 150% welcome bonus up to ৳15,000. A minimum qualifying deposit is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times. This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
  • Bonuses must be used alongside real money play only.
  • No bonus can be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

naq88 has three VIP tiers for regular players. Moving to a higher tier increases the weekly cashback rate:

  • Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a player's regular participation and activity. Cashback amounts are added to the eligible balance every Monday.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities
